
Personal Development:Self Awareness
In this unit you will develop your confidence and self esteem by taking part in a project to develop your self awareness. You will look at yourself and assess your personal qualities and think about your feelings.
You will use what you learn about yourself to:
- Track your progress
- Look back at what you have learned about yourself and make changes as a result of your experience
And you'll learn more about yourself (become more self aware) and your strengths and weaknesses as you go along.
Your tutor will support and guide you all the way.

Evaluate self knowledge
For this outcome you will look at yourself and your feelings and qualities in preparation for making a career plan. You will also find out how others see you.
Your tutor will support you to work through this learning outcome.
If you wish, you can complete activities to support your learning. Once you complete them you can save the results to your blog.

- Personal qualities: a game to explore the type of person you are and how other people see you
- Career planning: information on the skills and knowledge involved in planning your future
- Work values: a game to help you explore what motivates or influences you
- Feelings: a game where you can explore both positive and negative feelings
