
Personal Development: Self Awareness
In this unit you will develop your confidence and self esteem by taking part in a project to develop your self awareness. You will look at yourself and evaluate your personal qualities and think about your feelings.
You will use what you learn about yourself to:
- Track your progress
- Look back at what you have learned about yourself and
- Make changes as a result of your experience
You can refer to your tutor for advice at any stage in your project, but you are expected to work with the minimum of support.

Evaluate self knowledge
For this outcome you will look at yourself and your feelings and qualities in preparation for making a career plan. You will also find out how others see you. You will explain and justify your choices.

To show what you have learned you should identify your feelings and qualities on one of the forms (SWOT or Johari's window).
